We strongly recommend going through the online courses prior to attending the in-person workshop. Your registration provides immediate access to all online content.
Classroom and Farm Sessions
Each day will be half classroom and half in the farm. In the classroom we will be reinforcing core concepts and principles. At the farm we will cover everything involved in farm operations and management.

Dahlia Campus Farms & Gardens
Connecting people with fresh, local food, Dahlia Campus features an aquaponics greenhouse, a 40,000 square foot market farm and therapeutic gardens. These combined and accessible green spaces support community well-being.
The Aquaponic Greenhouse produces Catfish, Tilapia and a wide variety of lettuces, collards, kale and herbs for the community farmers market, food baskets and local restaurants.
Bare Roots Organics
Bare Roots Organics is a privately owned 5,000 sq ft aquaponics farm located in Jupiter, Fl. From seeds planted with care to hand-picked produce, each crop is nurtured from beginning to end. This attention to detail makes for flavor-packed, nutrient-dense lettuces, herbs and more. Bare Roots is out to revolutionize the way the world farms by growing sustainable, safe and healthy food with minimal impact.
The Bare Roots farm features three 8′ x 96′ Growasis Deep Water Culture Troughs with the capacity to grow over 100,000 heads a year. The growing system is coupled with four 1,000 gallon fish tanks raising Tilapia and Koi along with a 200 gallon fish quarantine system.
