Aquabundance System 5 Year Warranty

Should a crack in the grow bed or fish tank occur due to a defect in materials or workmanship which results in the loss of water, and appears during the first 5 years from the date of the original purchase, The Aquaponic Source, Inc., will, at its option, repair or replace the item.

• This warranty shall be rendered void if the grow bed or fish tank was not installed in strict accordance with the owner’s manual provided.
• This warranty shall not apply with respect to any damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, exposure to fire or excessive heat, or acts of God.
• This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear. Scratches, dings, gouges, etc., are considered normal wear and tear associated with normal usage.
• Although this product is UV protected, you may also find colors fade due to years of wear. Although this is not a common occurrence, certain pigments are susceptible to fade.
• Although this product has been designed to hold its shape, it may bulge and change shape over time. These are common characteristics and properties of plastic and its components and cannot be considered a defect in manufacturing.
• Any repairs not performed by The Aquaponic Source, or its agent, will render all warranties void.
